The CICEL project is a proposal for a new building to replace two antiquated buildings on the Winona State Campus. It’s one of the highest funding requests to reach the Minnesota State Senators and Representatives. The Seniors at the WSU I-Design wanted to offer a souvenir for them to take home and remind them of our project. This coaster is a practical product that also uses AR and Lens Studio to update the status of the building if we have any improvements or progress.
